We had a nice day here yesterday with warm temps and lots of sunshine.Winds
were generally light with a few periods of moderate breezes.The evening was
clear and calm with temps near the freezing point.
It is mostly clear here this morning but showers are expected later
today.Temps will be near seasonal values with warmer weather moving into the
area tomorrow.

9 April2007: Eight Canadian Forces' Arctic Sovereignty patrol members ended
their mission between Eureka and Alert, NU, a route perhaps never taken
before. They had slogged 9 days by snowmobile at -50°C, with winds over 100
km/h; erecting a tent took up to 2 hrs and refuelling a snowmobile was an
ordeal. Three teams travelled a combined 5,589 km over 17 days to assert

across the southern sky as the night progresses. It represents a cup filled
with wine or water that nearby Corvus, the crow, brought to the god Apollo.

this area.It is NOT located in Liverpool but is approx 10kms outside of town
and on the seashore.The temperature difference between the town of Liverpool
and the weather station can be quite large,especially in the summer months.
