Yesterday started out a bit on the cool side and a little frosty but temps warmed up quickly and the first half of the day was fairly nice.Clouds began to move in by mid-afternoon and temps dropped rapidly.Temps were near the freezing point and some snow began in the evening,changing to hail and rain by midnight.Overnight the temps rebounded to above freezing.
It is quite damp and drizzly here this morning and there will be little to no change in conditions throughout the day.Some clearing will begin tomorrow and the rest of the week will be generally a mix of sun and cloud with seasonal temps.

The Big Dipper stands high tonight. It is in the northeast in early evening, due north around midnight, and in the northwest in the wee hours of the morning. Its brightest star is Alpha Ursae Majoris, which forms the top outer point of the bowl.
