4 December 2010 - Conditions at 6:28 AM: +4.5C, Overcast, Wind: S 18 km/h

We had another mild day yesterday along with plenty of rain.Afternoon temps were near +10C.Winds were brisk for most of the day but died out in the evening which was mild and foggy with some showers.Overnight the temps dropped a few degrees but remained well above freezing.Total rainfall yesterday was near 20mm.

The mild weather will be with us for a few more days.Most of the rain will end later today and we may possibly see some sunshine tomorrow.However,more rain is expected on Monday.

3 December 2010 - Conditions at 7:28 AM: +8.7C, Overcast, Wind: ENE 27 km/h

It was very mild but wet here yesterday.Afternoon high temps were near +10C and there were periods of rain throughout most of the day and evening.Temps held almost steady through the day and overnight.

It is quite mild here this morning and the warm air is expected to be with us well into next week.20 to 30mm total rainfall is forecast from now through the weekend.

Global warming has hit Canada harder than most other parts of the world and 2010 is on track to be Canada’s warmest year, the UN weather agency said Thursday.

While cautioning that the final ranking for 2010 will not be clear until November and December data are analyzed in early 2011, the WMO said: "Temperatures averaged over Canada have been the highest on record."

In particular, the agency said "Canada had its warmest winter on record, with national temperatures of 4 degrees C above the long-term average; winter temperatures were 6 degrees C or more above normal in parts of the country’s North."

When the woman blew snow from her walk onto her neighbour's entrance, he blew the flakes right back. It was a real battle of the blowers. Yesterday was a very mild day with temps reaching to +8C in the shade and a little higher in the sun.The wind began to pick up in the late afternoon and some light rain moved into the area in the early evening.

The next few days are expected to be quite mild but wet.We are expecting a fair amount of rain to fall,especially tomorrow.The mild weather is expected to stay in the area until the middle of next week.

We had a very nice day here yesterday with temps near +8C,calm winds and lots of sun.The evening was clear with temps dropping to just slightly below freezing.

Today is expected to be similar to yesterday but rain will be moving into the area later today.There is lots of rain and wind expected for tomorrow but temps will be very mild for this time of the year.The rain is expected to remain in the area into next week.

We had a few showers yesterday along with a little snow or ice pellets mixed in.The evening was generally clear and cold with the odd passing light flurry.Temps were between 6C for the high and -1C for the low.

The next couple of days should be uneventful in the precip dept but it will be a bit on the chilly side.
