Yesterday was the best day we had here for a couple of days.It wasn't overly hot with temps only at 18°C but the wind was not carrying a chill with it like it had been.The evening was clear and calm with temps in the lower teens and temps were near 10° through the overnight hours.

Today is forecast to be fairly warm and sunny here along the coast.Cooler weather with some showers is expected tomorrow.

  • Today -- Sunny with cloudy periods. High 20. UV index 7 or high.
  • Tonight -- A few clouds. Increasing cloudiness after midnight. Low 10.
  • Sunday -- Cloudy. A few showers beginning early in the morning and ending in the afternoon. Clearing in the evening. Amount 2 to 4 mm. High 16.
  • Monday -- Sunny Low 9. High 20.

Yesterday was another cool and windy day here with the afternoon high temp only near 16°C.The wind was quite strong for most of the day but finally died out after sunset.The evening was cool with cloudy periods and the overnight low was near 9°C.

Today is not expected to be much different than yesterday.On the upside,the warmer weather is still forecast to return tomorrow.

The official start of 'hurricane season' is in next Tuesday and this year is expected to be quite active.More info can be found here.

            Yesterday was another cool day here along the coast with temps only near 17°C along with a brisk northerly wind.The warmest part of the day here was actually in the early morning but temps dropped a few degrees as the sky cleared in the mid morning.Inland areas did see temps in the mid 20Cs for most of the day.

            We will be staying with this cooler weather for the next couple of days but should see warmer air move in over the weekend.

·         Today -- Sunny this morning then a mix of sun and cloud with 30 percent chance of showers this afternoon. Wind becoming north 20 km/h gusting to 40 this morning. High 13. UV index 8 or very high.

            The best way to recap yesterday's weather is by saying what didn't happen.It didn't get very warm here with temps barely making it to 20°C,it didn't rain and there were no thunderstorms.

Overnight the temps begin to rise,it's warm and humid here this morning and the wind is beginning to pick up.Some showers are possible for later today or this evening.Cooler air is forecast to be with us starting tomorrow but warming back up by the weekend.

            Yesterday was an extremely hot day here with temps hitting the 28°C mark along with relatively high humidity levels.Those are temps we don’t normally see until mid summer.Thankfully there was a nice breeze for most of the day.Temps remained mild through the evening and overnight with the low at 16C.

            Today will be another hot day but an approaching cold front will lower temps overnight and possibly trigger some thunderstorms.Tomorrow should be a little cooler and then it’s back to more seasonal values for the latter part of the week.There is no significant rain expected.

            It was quite nice here yesterday with afternoon temps reaching to 23°C along with a light breeze and lots of sunshine.The evening was clear and mild and temps did not drop much overnight.

Today is going to be a scorcher here….temps were already near 18°C at 7AM.A few showers are possible tomorrow and temps will remain warmer than seasonal norms for the next couple of days.

Conditions in Liverpool,NS at 7:51:18 AM : 14.5°C | Overcast | Wind: SW 13 km/h

            Although we had temps near 20°C yesterday it felt cooler here due to the sea breeze which was quite gusty by times.Temps dropped to near 10C in the evening but began to warm back up overnight as some cloud cover moved into the area.

            Very warm air is currently moving into the area and we may see temps near 30C over the next couple of days regardless of the forecast.The temp is rising rapidly here this morning and has gone up ½ a degree in the last 30 minutes.
