Saturday Dec 20 - Seriously Cold

It is very cold here this morning.Along with that we had another light coating of snow overnight.
Tomorrow may be worse....there's snow on the way and,as usual,there will be a change over to rain.The only good thing about that is that it will be warmer than it is currently.

The high on my thermometer yesterday was 0°C.

Friday Dec 19 - Wintery

It's kind of 'wintery' here again today.Yesterday was a cold and windy day and last night the temps dropped to -10°C.We had a passing flurry or two that produced just enough to cover the ground.
Temps are beginning to rise this morning and we are up to -4°C.A few flurries are forecast for today and tomorrow and then periods of snow for Sunday.Hopefully it won't be anything like the 15-20cm forecast for the Toronto area today.

Thursday Dec 18 - A Little Colder

Yesterday was a little messy here with a couple of centimeters of snow and then some rain.Temps started off below freezing and rose in the afternoon to near +5.Most of the snow that we got in the morning rained away but the roads and streets were quite slippery for awhile.The temp dropped back to the freezing point in the evening and then to a little below during the overnight hours.
There doesn't appear to be any significant weather coming our way until Sunday.Periods of snow are forecast but no amounts have been determined.

Wednesday Dec 17 - Messy Maybe

Yesterday was a cool day with showers with a slight amount of snow mixed in occasionally.The day started at +10°C but had dropped to +5 by noon.The precip ended in the early evening and the temp dropped to a tad below freezing.
A little snow changing to rain is expected today.So far,there isn't any precip falling here.

Yesterday was warm and a bit damp until the evening when the rain started.We had quite a bit of rain overnight and it's still raining this morning.The wind was also quite strong yesterday evening.Temps are well above freezing but a drop is expected later today and the rain will possibly change to snow.The precip is expected to persist into tomorrow.

After a fairly cool day yesterday the temps began to rise in the evening and are above freezing this morning.Showers are a good possibility for today and into tomorrow and then a drop in temps is expected and some snow mixed with rain may be falling on Wednesday.The end of the week is forecast to be much cooler.

Sunday Dec 14 - COLD!!!

It's cold here.Yesterday our temps were below freezing for the day and dropped to -10°C through the night.There were also a few light flurries but no accumulation here.We are supposed to warm up to 0°C today and then there's much warmer weather in store for us this week.Tomorrow and Tuesday are to be well above normal and then mid-week the temps drop and some mixed precip is forecast.
