Yesterday was once again a warm and sunny day here after a chilly start.There were a few cloudy periods but for the most part it was clear.The evening was clear and good for viewing the ISS (pic: http://spaceweather.com/submissions/large_image_popup.php?image_name=Alan-Conrad-IMG_2246-2_1252712452.jpg ).

Temps were mild overnight and today is expected to once again be warm,perhaps more humid than average,and the rain that was forecast for the weekend has been cancelled.There’s no real chance of any precip until next Tuesday.

A mix of sun and cloud. Fog patches dissipating this morning.

High 22. UV index 6 or high.

  • Tonight

Cloudy periods. Becoming cloudy overnight. Low 11.

  • Sunday

Yesterday was another sunny and fairly warm day here.Afternoon highs were a degree or two +/- 20C.The evening was clear but cool with low humidity and it made for another great night to view the ISS as it passed over our area a couple of times (pics at http://skyshots.vze.com).

It was quite foggy here earlier this morning but that has rapidly dissipated,we’re expecting another sunny day and a little warmer than yesterday.

Clear. Becoming cloudy periods after midnight.

Yesterday was once again a warm and sunny day…staring to sound like a broken record here.The afternoon temp was +22C.The evening was clear and cool,good for viewing the ISS and Discovery(pics @ http://skyshots.vze.com) .Overnight temps dropped into the single digits and there are reports of frost in lower inland areas this morning.

It’s looking good here for today and tomorrow.The revised forecast is saying that the rain will not be here until Saturday.

  • Tonight

Clear. Low 7 except plus 3 in low lying inland areas. Risk of frost.

  • Friday

It is remaining warm and dry here and yesterday was no exception.The afternoon high temp was a little cooler than previous days reaching only to +20C.It was also quite breezy.The evening was mostly clear but cool….excellent for viewing the ISS/Discovery on it’s early evening pass over NS (http://skyshots.vze.com).

Today is expected to be another sunny and warm day.There is no precip expected until Friday.

Tropical Storm Fred is now churning away in the eastern Atlantic.At this point it is not expected to have any impact on our area or any other land.

9/7/2009 7:40 AM….Yesterday was another sunny and clear day here but a little cooler than what we have been having.The afternoon high was in the lower +20Cs.The evening was clear and cool with the overnight temps dipping to the mid single digits.

It is expected to remain sunny,warm and clear until Friday when some rain moves in for the weekend.

Sunny. Fog patches dissipating early this morning. Wind becoming southwest 20 km/h near noon.

A tropical wave currently being watched as it moves west past the Cape Verde Islands.There is a good chance that this will develop into a tropical depression over the next day or so.

Yesterday was another great day here.It was quite warm with temps once again in the mid 20C range.There were a few cloudy periods in the afternoon but no precip.The evening was clear and cool and overnight temps dropped to the upper single digits.

This week is looking pretty good weatherwise with mild temps and lots of sun.
