(Normals: Max: 5°C Min: -3°C)
Yesterday was quite a day here.Temps rose in the morning almost to +9°C and there was quite a bit of rain with some very heavy downpours and the odd burst of thunder and lightning. Most of the rain ended by noon and temps began to drop.By 3PM we were down to +3°C and there were a few flurries in the air.Inland and northern areas of the province received some accumulation from snow squalls and it looked more like mid-January than late March.Temps continued their downward trend and settled near -8°C overnight.
Temps are way below normal here this morning and today is expected to be a cool but sunny day.Warming up next week but some stormy weather is also expected for a few days. It’s looking like it’s not going to be too good here weatherwise until next weekend at this point..

Aries, the ram, is low in the west at nightfall. It's a faint pattern marked by only a couple of fairly bright stars, Hamal and Sheratan. Look for them above or to the upper right of Venus, the "evening star," which is quite low above the horizon.
