2004: The fall weather was so good that it helped many in the East forget
what a rotten summer it had been. In Kitchener, this day was the warmest
ever at 25°C-some 11° above normal. Following a cool, wet summer, perfect
fall weather produced a strong crop of leaves, and the colours seemed more
vibrant than ever. Owners of small resorts and bed and breakfasts around
Ontario were delighted.
