Today's Weather Trivia:
2008: Only days after water receded from the Saint John River in the worst
flooding in 35 years, a forest fire roared through Oromocto, NB. Pushed by
50km/h winds, the fire hopscotched around and cut a swath through 15
hectares of forest. It crossed into the centre median of the Trans-Canada
Highway outside Oromocto and jumped to the other side of the road.
