Sunny. Increasing cloudiness in the afternoon with showers beginning in the evening. Wind becoming southeast 20 km/h in the afternoon then increasing to 40 gusting to 60 in the evening. High plus 5.

Periods of rain. Windy. Low plus 3. High 12.

Today’s Weather Trivia:

11 December 1927:1927: A Winnipeg, MB, man was found dead, with a revolver in each frozen hand, in the city's Elmwood Cemetery, near the grave of his wife. The revolvers were so tightly grasped they could not be removed until his body reached the morgue. Temperatures over the past week had been -33°C.
