Yesterday wasn’t quite as hot as the previous 3 or 4 days but temps did reach into the lower 30Cs.The evening was warm and humid.Overnight temps were in the upper teens.
There are no effects of Earl here yet as it is still 18 to 24 hours away.There are numerous watches and warnings now in place,though, and we can expect winds of at least 100kph and heavy rain tomorrow.

Rain at times heavy ending near noon then clearing. Amount 20 to 30 mm. Wind southeast 50 km/h gusting to 80 increasing to 80 gusting to 110 then becoming southwest 50 gusting to 80 late in the morning. Temperature falling to 19 in the morning then steady.
