Tuesday..Periods of rain ending in the morning then clearing. Amount
2 to 4 mm. Fog retreating to the coast early in the morning. Wind
southwest 30 km/h gusting to 50 becoming west 20 in the afternoon
then becoming northwest 20 gusting to 40. High 23 except 14 along
parts of the coast.
