We had a mostly foggy and drizzly day here yesterday with temps much cooler
than they were earlier in the week.There was no change in the conditions
through the evening and overnight.
Clearing is expected today and warm temps with lots of sunshine is expected
over the long weekend.

Today's Weather Trivia:
1912: The Regina cyclone, Canada's worst tornado, also swept across rural
districts. Killing 28 people, it picked up buildings like paper boxes and
smashed them into kindling wood-traces of them were found miles away. Even
cement foundations were ground into powder. In was reported that the tornado
grabbed a woman, stripped off her clothes, even removing her shoes, and
carried her 150 m.

About an hour after darkness falls, the Milky Way curves from the northeast
to the south-southeast. In the northeast, look for cross-shaped Cygnus, the
swan, immersed in the Milky Way's glow. And in the south and southeast, look
for the scorpion and Sagittarius, the archer.

this area.It is NOT located in Liverpool but is approx 10kms outside of town
and on the seashore.The temperature difference between the town of Liverpool
and the weather station can be quite large,especially in the summer months.
