Even though it’s clear,and should remain that way,the ISS/Endeavour viewing won’t be too good tonight.The first possible view is @ 8:50PM,rising in the NW and traveling almost directly overhead as it moves to the SE.It will most likely be too much daylight to see them at this time.
The next pass will be @ 10:26PM,very low in the Western sky and visible for only about 4 minutes.
Better viewing tomorrow night if it’s clear.
