Saturday Dec 27 - Warming Up

Yersterday was another nice day here on the south shore.Temps were a little above freezing and we had lots of sun again.Temps dropped to below freezing in the early evening and the sky clouded over.
It is still overcast here this morning and there is some stormy weather on the way for today and into tomorrow.It may be a little 'messy' here this evening with some ice pellets and snow occurring before a changeover to rain.On the upside,the temps will be increasing and a high of 11°C is forecast for tomorrow.
The 'up and down temps continue.....

The high on my thermometer yesterday was +2°C.

Night: Periods of snow changing through ice pellets and freezing rain to rain this evening. Snow and ice pellet amount 5 cm. Rainfall amount 5 to 10 mm. Fog patches developing near midnight. Wind southeast 30 km/h gusting to 50 becoming southwest 30 gusting to 50 near midnight. Temperature rising to 8 by morning.

Cloudy with 30 percent chance of showers or drizzle. Fog patches retreating to the coast in the morning. Wind southwest 30 km/h gusting to 50. High 11.
