Hoping for better

We just went through a week of mostly cloudy skies and there was not one night that was clear.Hopefully this week will be somewhat better however the local astronomy event scheduled for Saturday night may not happen according to the current weather models:

Looks like clouds and rain will be moving into the area in the early evening.Keep your fingers crossed that this is revised for the better as the week progresses.

Clear last week,clouds this week.

Last week was decently clear almost every night so I took advantage and did
some astrophotography.
Picked up a few meteors ,made a few animated GIFs and viewing Jupiter's
moons was very easy.
